The branch manager, Nathaniel, was extremely accommodating and even stayed after closing to help us finish our banking. The entire team has been there for an average of 20 years and it shows. Great customer service and always greeted with a smile.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. I drove 45 minutes to get there. Trying to close my deceased mother's account. I had court papers assigning me as the administrator and a copy of her death certificate. The employee told me, "it is federal law that we must see the original." It is governed by each state. Not the federal government. Then they changed to "its our policy." I had no issues with other banks. Only Chase. I'm glad I chose a bank that cares about their customers instead of one that acts without integrity and human compassion. I'll take another day off work and buy another copy of the death certificate from the county, then go back to Chase and close the account. It's hard enough to deal with the loss of your mother and try to put her affairs in order, then have to encounter a bank like this. Loyalty and integrity are two important business qualities that you have failed to teach your employees.

This is the closest branch, so this is where I'm leaving my review.Over 3 hours on the phone with customer service and getting hung up on twice.10 day holds on mobile deposit of personal checks? Never had these issues with other major banks.Stay clear and go to another bank. Absolutely insane.

Worst banking experience ever in history. Nathaniel thinks he is better then everyone. Nathaniel also likes to break the privacy act and give out customers information illegally. Then everyone else likes to lie and say he never done that. When I have proof. Like I said he THINKS he is better then everyone because he is a branch manager. He needs to be fired along with Tammy, and Michelle. Took it upon myself to make a complaint with Mike which is Nathaniel's boss and he literally laughed about it and said that Nathaniel broke no privacy policies. Worst bank in history and needs shut down.

UPS just did in 5 minutes what Chase bank could not do after two complaints, multiple phone calls, multiple visits, and an appointment this morning. Not able to do basic banking things at this location even after making an appointment. Continue to get conflicting information. Poor communication between employees leads to continuing issues without resolutions.

The customer service at this branch was unacceptable. We had an appointment for a set time. The banker shared she was running behind and would be with us shortly. We understood and waited. After waiting for 30 minutes I asked to speak with the branch manager to see if someone else could help us because there was another banker sitting at her desk making phone calls. He said there wasn’t anyone else and we could reschedule or wait. I shared I didn’t live in the city and we would wait to take care of the business. After waiting 50 minutes, I asked the banker myself if she could help us. She shared she couldn’t because her manger gave her a special project to make phone calls to customers. I shared that it was very inefficient to prioritize making phones calls over assisting a customer in the branch whose been waiting for a hour. Then branch manger then told the banker to go ahead and help us. He was not professional and should have made the call for someone to assist us instead of making us wait. I would like to add the banker we had an appointment with , was still helping her customer while we were now being helped. I would never use this branch services again. It truly doesn’t reflect Chase customer service expectations.

We set up our accounts here after a local bank (Mutual) was bought out. I figured if we had to go through the hassle of changing bank account numbers we may as well switch all together. Which we had been discussing for some time.Leslie at the Tillotson location was so friendly and kind. She took the time to help us get the right accounts for us, and connect with us. She even called a few weeks later to ensure everything was going okay, and that we had received our bonuses for opening new accounts. We are very happy!

I have banked with Chase on TIllotson Avenue for years. I wouldn't think of banking anywhere else. Customer service there is second to none, and in the few times that I have encountered a problem, they worked quickly and professionally to resolve it. The staff is as cordial and attentive as you could ever hope for!

I would not be doing business at Chase had it not been for this branch. I have a personal account, a College account, business account and an estate account there. My children also bank with Chase and it is very convenient to transfer funds.

This bank has put me through so much heartache and they have only a select few that are nice and have good customer service. Although they have really good features and perks, the bank could just drop you as a customer for no reason. I still wouldnt recommend banking with chase. They just want to say they have business they dont really care about their customers. I also believe that they are prejudice against certain kind of people. Some stuckup kind of bank they are. They really need to be shut down as far as im concerned.
