I deposited a check 2 weeks ago. I called and got 5 different answers on why it was on hold. I called to get my debit limit increased and was on the phone for 30 minutes and got transferred to 4 different people. Almost to the point of cancelling my acct. it’s like pulling teeth to get access to MY money.

Tried to deposit $40 cash in my daughter's account and they would not accept cash! I had my ID and her account number. A BANK THAT WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH??!!!?? I WILL NOT EVER BANK HERE AND RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT EITHER!!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!

I am beyond sad. I have been banking with chase for decades and the service at this location makes me want to change banks. I understand there are laws in Indiana regarding the accounts of deceased individuals, but you could have provided the information in a more sympathetic fashion. I don't think I have ever been spoken to in such a manner. Yes, I was visibly upset, understandably and I apologize. This has been a very difficult time, but I do have bills to pay. The tellers were very helpful, but the female staff in the glass cubicles need to take some customer service training, or quit, because they aren't doing Chase any favors.

Don’t ever deposit your money into one of there ATMs, and if you do and the machine eats it, and won’t give you your money they make you go through loops to get it, and wait several business days. The people inside won’t help you, and you talk to people on the phone you can barely understand. Done with this place.

Can never get decent service from a bank employee. They act like they have no clue what they are doing..as if it’s a tough job. The last 8 times I have went to use the ATM, it has not worked and would not accept deposits to prevent my account from overdrawing. And of course they then try to hit me with overdraft fees. Coincidence?...too often!! I have had nothing but trouble out of this bank. I will be taking my banking business somewhere else!

My account was “terminated” with absolutely no notice after spending a large sum of money in one day, went into this branch and was pretty much shooed out the door and told to call the customer service department because there was nothing they could do and it wasn’t their problem. So now all of my money is being withheld from me and my paychecks that are directly deposited will be returned to my employer. Absolutely ridiculous, and HORRIBLE customer service, DO NOT BANK THROUGH CHASE!

My girlfriend banks here and went inside to get a physical copy of her bank statements. She was met by a rude teller who treated her very poorly due to the color of her skin since he had an opposite attitude with a white woman who walked in right after. He was inquiring on what she planned on doing with her bank statements, which is not in his job description and not any of his business. He didn’t even give her all of her bank statements and now she doesn’t even feel comfortable going into their physical building due to being treated poorly. DO NOT BANK HERE.

I've been banking with Chase for over 15 years. This most recent experience has finally driven me to move to another bank. This bank has no drive-up teller service. This is a new building so this must be a sign of penny-pinching to come from Chase. I stood inside where only a single teller was working. I was happy to wait in line to work with a human being. A manager came up and asked what I was in for, and said "to make a withdrawal". He asked, "How much", loudly across the lobby. I was there to withdrawal a large sum of money and felt uncomfortable yelling it across the lobby for all to hear. He directed me to a kiosk for my transaction (rather than helping me directly). The touch screen was unresponsive. When I finally got my amount entered, it made loud noises for several minutes, then an error came up on the screen. The manager then directed me back to the teller line, which is where I wanted to be in the first place. I politely informed him that it's frustrating that Chase is getting rid of employees and replacing them with machines. He told me how everybody loves the machines. I pointed out that it just broke when I tried using it. All he did was shrug his shoulders, make an annoyed face and walked away. I also called ahead twice and the phone just rang without any answer. I'm sick of this place. I'll be pulling my money and finding a local credit union who is interested in actual customer service. Good Riddance!

I've always gotten quick service. I wish there was a way to withdraw sums of cash though rather than going in. I'm sure it's due to insurance issues, but I'd like to withdraw $4000 without being packed in a small space during a pandemic.

Horrible experience with this bank! Opened an account and was told my debit card would be mailed to me In 7 days. It’s been 3 weeks and still no debit card ?. Called the bank and they said it was a bank error and would fast UPS me a new card and I’d receive it in 2 days! It’s been 4 days and still no debit card! Called the bank again for them to tell me that my card was delivered and should be here which obviously it is not! My post office does not have it and neither to do I!!! For the bank to tell me they will yet again mail me another debit card once more which doesn’t help me at all considering they have mailed supposedly 2 debit cards I have never received! Very poor service on the banks end really regretting my decision in banking with chase.
