This place is awesome. Love the atmosphere of it and the workers. Paige and Samantha were awesome at their job. They helped me get everything I needed for my upgrade and also helped explain a few things to me as well. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone and especially for them to go see Paige or Samantha.

Samantha helped me and my best friend Barbara get new iPhone 14’s!! She helped us pick out all the accessories we needed and also made sure everything was properly transferred from my old phone to my new one. Best experience I ever had at a Cricket store! The staff was very diligent, fast service and knowledgeable about all the plans and services available. Elisandra was very courteous took care of everything that I needed to get accomplished quickly and efficiently. Which was outstanding, and very much appreciated as I was on a tight schedule. She was excellent, understood and answered all of my questions and completed services and got me out so I could get to my next appointment on time. Possibly my best experience at a cell phone store from any service provider. I would recommend Cricket Wireless Team at the Tillotson Store to everyone who asks. Should be 6 stars for service and reps like Elisandra and Tillotson Cricket Wireless. Thanks Again!
