Their service was terrible. I wanted to transfer my kids iPhones over to new ones we bought them. They told me it wasn’t possible because we didn’t buy them there and they didn’t have time anyways. There was no one else there. They were rude too. Funny thing, we left and went straight to Cricket on Tilliotson and the had the phones transferred in 30 mins. I was so mad at the McGalliard store, I upgraded my phone at the Tilliotson store and had no plans of doing that today. While we were there another person came in to pay their bill and said they were just at Cricket on McGalliard and they refused to let him pay his bill so he came to Tilliotson and the lady there helped him right away. I will never again go the Cricket on McGalliard.

Staff kind and helpful! Had to leave my phone for hours to move data to the new one. 4hrs later I went back to pick up n it still says 4hrs until finished. I thought every cell came with a home charger but my iPhone 11 came with a cord but no block to plug into so you can plug THAT in to charge but it only has a cord. I had only had an iPhone 6s long ago and I'm already really wondering if I should of just stayed with android. I think the staff should of told me this iPhone came with a cord but no block to charge it. Or mine was not in the bag. The store people opened everything helping me to move info from my old one. I hope I get happier about this purchase. I'm not right now.

I am glad to get a deal on my phone but when you get service they offered 1 month free pay per view wich I never received or got to utilize because the sales girl screwed up and never gave it to me

Stand around for 20 minutes to over an hour just to get service. They constantly let others go in front of you and get them taken care of, then come back to you. Not professional, but it's Muncie so can't expect much.

Call me old fashioned, but I go to the store, at the first of the month, to pay my bill. I like human interaction, not robots online. The store is clean, with a simple layout. I'm a fairly new Cricket customer (4 months) I love my phone, my package and I get HBO Max. The staff are so efficient time wise, friendly and highly skilled. On Friday, the 3rd, I went to pay my bill, an employee opened the door for me entering and exiting the store.

In store the reps have always been funny. Worked fast and answered all my goofy questions. The online reps who speak with you thru your own account are always on point and help you take care of what you need to fast, as well. Always left happy, for sure!

Got a good deal on a phone and service. Sales person made sure everything transferred to new phone. It's a much better deal than what I had elsewhere.
