It would be most helpful if CVS listed the common name or the street name along with the pharmaceutical name. My dr's office sent me a notice of a prescription called into CVS so I went to pick it up. CVS said they had nothing and nothing had been called in. I called the dr's office and she said she had emailed it but would literally call. I returned to CVS and was again told they hadn't received the order. Turns out the pharmacy was only going by the scientific/pharmaceutical name.

Recommend changing signage that says “open 24 hours” as the pharmacy is not open 24 hours.

Absolutely atrocious! Waited in total over 4 hours in 3 separate trips for eye drops for my daughters pink eye. They were out of every type. Never tried to communicate with me or the Dr. that they were out. Said "well our automated system is supposed to send you a text but it doesn't always do it". Something is catastrophically wrong with the management and organization of this pharmacy. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Bailey in pharmacy is super nice and kind. Even though there was a long line she handled it well and I enjoyed the brief interaction we had! Bailey is great!

Employees are very friendly and helpful. The Manager is always very cheerful and helpful. The store is always clean and we'll stocked. Prefer shopping at this store other than other CVS stores.

Very disappointed with the service I received here. Called my prescription in for a refill and talked to a friendly gal and said it would be ready at a specified time. When I arrived to pick up my prescription, the young gal said it was out of stocK and should be there in a day or two. Ok, I can understand that and I asked her to check if any other cvs had my medicine and she checked and said the store on Memorial had it. At that point, an older lady informed me that they couldn't transfer my prescription because it was a controlled substance. I've done this before without any problems. After I left the store, I called the Madison Street store and they were very accommodating and offered to transfer my prescription. I went to that store and got my prescription in about 15 minutes. The lady at the Tillotson store was very rude and said it couldn't be transferred because it was a controlled substance and I would have to call my doctor's office for a new prescription. I had refills available for this medicine. I was satisfied with everyone at the Tillotson store until I encountered this rude lady with dark hair and glasses. I should have got her name but I didn't. I feel like I deserved correct information. The personal at the Madison store were very professional and helpful and couldn't understand why I was given wrong info by this lady. Kudos to the Madison store. The older lady at the Tillotson store should not be giving out wrong information. I felt like she should be called out on such rude and misleading information.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT. I have been lied to about medications and have been forced to go without because of the incompetence of the pharmacists that work here. My fiancé didn’t give them enough information for them to search him in their system and they lied to him rather than to do their job. These pharmacists DO NOT care about those they serve and would rather lie to their customers and be lazy than to take the time to ensure their customers receive their medications. Some of the pharmacists are polite, but the majority are very rude and very lazy. I am very disappointed that these people are allowed to serve in the medical community.

Took 20 minutes to get help at the pharmacy. Witnessed two prescriptions lost, a third overcharged. Waiting over 90 minutes is ridiculous.

Called pharmacy mltiple times with no answer. I was patient and waited 25 minutess on hold multiple times. Don't bother, just go to a different location. Actually just go to the Walgreens on Jackson street, that's what I did.
