My doctor's office was not returning my call or sending in my meds for me, so I called the pharmacy and asked them to reach out to them for me. They did, and my meds were in within less than twelve hours of our conversation (which was later in the evening or I'm sure it would have been even sooner)! I'm so grateful to these wonderful people for making sure I got what I needed when I was starting to feel hopeless. I've also used this pharmacy for several years and they're always very friendly and helpful.

The one in New Castle, Indiana, was great.. the clerk at check out was Jolene, I've never had anyone ever ask if I needed help finding anything. They say hello when I come in, but that's about it. Jolene, on the other hand, assisted the lady standing down from me before helping me, even gave me info for the next time I come back! WOW.. now that service. Jolene, your a Jewel..

The young gentleman that waited on me was very nice and very helpful. The medication I was getting filled was very expensive, even with insurance coverage (over $800.00). I had a Good RX coupon and he tried to use it but the medication was more with Good RX than my insurance. He also tried Single Care and the result was the same on cost as Good RX. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I would like to thank him for all his help. Sorry I do not remember his name.
