This place sucks when it comes to filling prescriptions. My doctor sent the script 3 days ago, pharmacy calls me after I sent a message for pick up because they'll say it's ready and it's never ready!!! NEVER!!! I just had foot surgery so they have no drive up so I have to walk in this place still the script isn't ready they tell me the wait is 30 mins. I am so fed up and its always another pharmacist saying it wasn't their fault. Really??!! This is a shit show! I'm so ready to switch pharmacies and I just moved on the neighborhood.

Pharmacy staff are rude and inconsiderate. I was next in line to be helped, and the blonde-haired tech walked up and said, “I can help whoever’s next in line.” I told her I was next, and she said, “Oh, someone will be here to help you soon,” and then helped the person behind me.
After waiting in line for the “other” person to help me, I was told they don’t sell OTC Zyrtec D without a prescription. I went across the street to Walgreens and was quickly helped and sold the OTC Zyrtec D with no issues and a smile. Never going back to CVS; Walgreens is superior in every way!

This is the 3rd time I've tried to get my medicine and they've randomly closed the store hours early with no explanation.

I wouldn't give this place even one star. Going here to pick up medicine for my child is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The employees here are incredibly rude and unprofessional.
I had to go inside this place four separate times with my sick child to get her meds. I understand technical difficulties happen. I am a patient person and was not once rude to these people. I was treated so disrespectfully by them. They did not communicate any of the technical difficulties with me and seemed annoyed when I had questions. They would roll their eyes and scoff.
I guess what had happened was they never recieved a prescription for my daughter, even though her doctor had said they did. Then when I said what the doctor told me, the lady says "Do you think I'm lying?"
That is just one example of the many unpleasant and rude encounters I had inside just this one visit. There are more.
I understand that they are probably stressed and busy. But I am too and my daughter is sitting here sick with me. I don't need horrible attitudes thrown my way for no reason whatsoever.
I from now on will drive an extra 30 minutes for medicine to avoid coming to this location.
Not to mention there are people in this building tweaking on drugs in the waiting area where my sick child is sitting.
Just an all around miserable environment.

This place is horrible. I was not even rude to this pharmacist guy. Did not raise my voice. They put my medication on out of stock to just be rude. I had an appointment with my provider beforehand. So I called and left them a voicemail told them that I really need this medication for my math final exam this is a little ridiculous that they don’t have my medication in stock. So the guy proceeds to tell me that he will fill it and then proceeds to tell me how rude I was. I was not rude. Did not raise my voice. Did not scream and yell. This place has now screwed me over. This place is horrible. Don’t have your stuff sent here

Chronic problems. You order a refill, then the pharmacy cancels it with no reason given. They never call or text when ready or if they decide to cancel it. CVS is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever encountered

rude pharmacists people that worked this 4-28-23
older lady white and younger male white at 11am were extremely rude GO TO WALGREENS instead of helping they were laughing when i called in advance

If your online says you open at 8 and the store isn’t open untill later you need to change your online hours this is the second time I’ve tried to stop before work to grab something and the doors have been locked.

I switched to CVS 3 weeks ago and have had nothing but a horrible time since. The technician in the pharmacy is rude and speaks to people terribly. No matter how many times I told them I needed my medicine daily they dropped the ball and gave me the run around. 2 weeks I've gone without a daily medicine.

Why is is annoying having to wait to get a P/A for insurance I definitely appreciate the kind hearted cvs pharmacy staff for giving me instructions and some steps I can take to get the process done much faster! They are a wonder group and so kind hearted! Absolutely love this pharmacy

My visit was great what I needed they had it for me the only thing that they don't have that they had bout 2 years ago was the lemon flavored chocolate doves.
