Yeah these advertise for on sale and buy an expensive Uber just to get to CVS when I got there they didn’t even have a few things that I had gone there originally to get like these razors the shit five blade Hydro….. That’s twice now I’ve been there and I’ve been screwed over. I would like to have at least a coupon for $10 off would be nice least I think y’all can give me CVS on Tilton Avenue Monte Indiana 201 Tillitson Avenue is trash.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Came to get my dad's prescription and said they didn't have it. Sent me to Memorial Drive on the other side of town. Tillitson didn't send it over. Had to wait 30 minutes for medicine for a nebulizer. Dr. Called in Lasix today. Wasn't ready 2 hours after called in. Do better...

Drove a longer way to have the drive up. Waited in line for a while, then told when it was my turn that they were closing the drive up do yo staff storage. I went inside, then sent to another person because I had a good rx savings card. They weren’t pleased. Printed a new label and sent me back through the line. I did try to call prior, but no answer. This store needs help. Always this way.

called the store 6 times to speak to a pharmacist, not only is the automated guide you get when you’re first call extremely time consuming but can not fulfill the simplest request, when I called the front part of the store to let them know no one at the pharmacy is accepting calls they assured me there was workers in the pharmacy and said they would transfer the call just for them to hang up… like there has so be an easier way to do this in 2024 :/

The staff is great, but they are clearly understaffed and unequipped to handle the prescription flow that they have. Every time I come here there are cars lined up into the road and I have sit in the drive thru for at least 20-30 minutes at the least. They have two drive up lanes but only one is ever opened. Corporate should do their staff a favor and hire more help and open up the other drive up lane.Picture is after sitting in line for 20 minutes already.
