Online hours are wrong. I came to pick up an URGENT prescription and they were closed, when online it says they would have been open. I should have just sent my prescription somewhere else

Be careful on getting pain meds. They either stole my script or lost it or gave my controlled medication to someone else. My dr never got script returned like they said. I'm going through the motions to find out what happened to my meds and also going through the correct channels to report them. I would avoid this place at all costs if you want the correct medications and also the correct amount. Several times I've counted my meds sheet being from them and they were short.

I switched to CVS 3 weeks ago and have had nothing but a horrible time since. The technician in the pharmacy is rude and speaks to people terribly. No matter how many times I told them I needed my medicine daily they dropped the ball and gave me the run around. 2 weeks I've gone without a daily medicine.

So my wife was trying to pick up your Blood pressure meds since Monday the 13 of December, every time she has gone there they have been closed! So she stopped today at 4:55 pm and this is what she saw posted on the front doors. And guess what the store was closed and it was some 2 hours early. Hmm guess CVS doesn’t need customers. We will be having her scripts transferred to another her pharmacy in Muncie. This is sad we’ve been a customer of the cvs at Memorial and Madison for well since they’ve been open there. Not anymore what a waste.

This pharmacy is the worst. Every week I have to sit on the phone for 2 hours each week to get someone to answer phone. They give u a about time your scripts are done when I go in even hours later they are never done sometimes it takes a couple days. So let's say be prepared to waste gas and a couple trips to pharmacy just to have the staff get super hateful and rude. Half the time they was out of medication and didn't even tell me until I go there 3 times and it not being ready. Then they say well we are out of that. I get it short staffed but dont promise a time if u can't make that time no need for every one that works there to be super hateful. I freed every week in dealing with this pharmacy. Hoping each week it would somehow change or get better or maybe they was just having a bad week, but umm nope . Different pharmacy I went. No other CVS pharmacy ever takes 2 hours to answer phone. I should of switched pharmacies a long time ago.

There were short lines yesterday and I had to pick up 7 prescriptions and they were all ready when I came in store to pick them up. I like the new self checkout thing too especially when I have one item and am using my Cvs reward bucks! Thanks for a good shopping experience!

Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO THE PHARMACY HERE. The pharmacist is beyond rude. It should not take 8 visits to get a prescription for someone that they receive every single month. Especially if that prescription is needed to live your everyday life normally. The pharmacist has swears like a sailor. He has an extremely foul mouth & foul attitude. Please value yourself & your time. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else.

Not sure when it became ok to close a pharmacy down in the middle of the day! While the phone system and GMB both say pharmacy is open until 6pm, have driven there 3x in the past week, just to have handwritten sign up stating that the pharmacy is only open from 9am-2pm. What? Five hours. Are you kidding? Absolutely-positively unacceptable. Then layer on the fact that you can't get through via phone (have currently been on hold for OVER an hour) and when I click the mobile links for a physical delivery, I get a link error. You couldn't get much worse than this. Going to change to a completely different pharmacy and take my money away from this horrific place and write a letter to CVS corporate at the abysmal, complete and total lack of service availability.

We dropped off my Childs prescription to a lacy we were told one hour.. we came back and were told it was not ready and it would be later that day.. we came back that evening and were told it would be the next morning. We came back in the next afternoon it said it was ready but it was still sitting with the pharmacist.. I went there three times when I expressed my issue with the fact I kept having to leave work lacy was extremely rude and did not seem to care that this script was what my child was waiting on for pain.. she instead said I was ignorant and that she did not care that we would not be back to their location... Me and my family will be taking our medications to Walgreens as they understand the importance of getting things done in a timely manor.

Worst service ever! Don’t try to call the pharmacy.. I have called 4 different times and days and have been on hold for over 2 hours each time. Ridiculous!! They are the worst place to try to get medicine from when you are in need badly! Transferred all my meds and when I go to doctor I will tell them to send somewhere else! I don’t know how you can’t pick up a phone in 2 hours to help someone see if they have a prescription ready! Worst place to get medicine from! Here’s just one call showing I was on hold for an hour and 50 mins and I ended up hanging up. Walked into store, not one person in line or needing help or anyone on phone! So there was absolutely no excuse!

Used to think cvs was great. My family has used this location for years. Recently they forgot to communicate with a doctor regarding my moms antidepressant. (She's suffering from lupus epilepsy and 3 other major diseases)She has now been without it for over a week and is suffering the effects of not having it. She now has to wait to get into her doctor. This could have been avoided on cvs's end. If my mother doesn't get her medication soon I will be filing a formal complaint finding a new pharmacy an possibly taking legal action due to their negligence.
