So thankful for the employee out in the cold, filling up everyone’s tires for free in these cold temperatures! I also had an appointment today, they went above and beyond for me. They were so kind and personable and helped me so much with my financial situation. Will only be coming here.

Went in to get my air checked and they noticed a nail in one of my tires. They patched up the tire, filled with air, inspection, and did a rebalance all for free.

The Muncie IN location are amazing. Life savers! It was 11 degrees outside I had damaged tires and windshield wipers. They had me back on the road in a jiffy.

Shout out to Discout Tire in Muncie Indiana I've had some issues with my Tire sensor since they replaced it.... I've been back out here 3x actually and was getting annoyed! Today they replaced all 4 sensors free of charge! That is excellent customer service! Five Stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I began using Discount Tire in Muncie, IN a couple of years ago when we purchased a new set from them after my son-in-law recommended. The customer service is top notch! I work in the customer service industry & always recognize & appreciate GREAT service given! It’s a 35 minute drive for us, but absolutely worth it! Thank you!!

Five stars!
I just went here 8/22/24 to get my free tire rotation. They rotated my tires and then said the lug nuts are going bad, you might want to get them changed next time you come in.
Then next thing I know, the manager had decided that it was a safety issue (I had my kids with me waiting) and said they needed to be changed whether I payed for them or not.
I met the manager right before I left and he was honestly the most genuine, no frills, just companionate person I have met at a car shop. Thank you for your kindness. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.
