Still recovering from the changes; LLC to incorporating. These were done incorrectly and we almost lost an insurance contract. We had to push client referrals back 6 months with one insurance due to the tax ID number change. She got very upset when we moved our business elsewhere. It’s been a few years and we had another issue recently. The LLC was still showing as a business with the old tax ID number! I’m concerned we will still have issues after rectifying this. I debated for a long time on posting this but as we keep experiencing the effects from how it was handled, I’ve chosen to post.

Lacks knowledge in the area she claims to be a professional. After several mistakes with payroll and business organization, it was time to terminate our business dealings. Ms. Edwards became unprofessional, threatening vengeance, sending harassing emails, stating charges would be made for additional "services" (talking on the phone), and was unable to part ways amicably. She threatened to try to harm my business if I shared about my experience with her. She refused to cooperate with the new payroll company and we are now entering into legal proceedings. Small businesses beware. We almost closed our doors right out of the gate due to her errors.

Debbie is AWESOME! I live out of state and I work in the middle of the ocean, but not a problem for Debbie. She conquered my taxes with ease. I also had her file my LLC. GREAT JOB!!!

After finding out how much I was missing trying to do my own taxes and how much you lose when you go to one of the bigger chain tax return companies I was ecstatic to find someone who was honest and had fair prices. I had numerous problems each year getting my tax return done on time, and it always seemed like I waited much longer than most people, but with Edwards I got my refund within a couple weeks and it was the most I've ever received. This is a great place to go to for your taxes. It's confusing to try and do it yourself, or talking to a temp worker that doesn't know much more than you. Any questions I had I was able to call and talk directly to Debbie and she broke it down into terms I could understand and explained everything with ease. The staff has the experience and the know how to get you the most from your refund, and are reliable with fair prices. If you've had trouble at all in the past with your tax refund, or think you should be getting more than you have with other places try this place out and support a local business.
