I don’t know her name, but a tall lady with long hair who was working this morning has a serious attitude problem. First, I called to simply ask if I can get things printed there and I could already tell that she was about to have an attitude. So I go in and I’m trying to figure out how to print things from my phone and I tell her I need help so she comes over and she tells me that I need to send it to the email address. As she saying that she keeps turning the podium towards herself so I would turn it back to me, which is where it was when I walked in and she says will you stop doing that you’re moving the cords. I let her know it was already like that and that I’m trying to see the email address that she just told me I needed to use. Like I said, I can’t see it because she keeps on turning the podium towards herself. Then while I’m trying to type in the email address, she rudely is asking me if I can move so that another customer can use the machine because it’ll take a few minutes for my images to be emailed. I said yes, just one second I’m trying to copy down the email which remind you she wouldn’t stop interrupting me trying to get me to move so it was taking me a minute to write down the email. I told her she was being very rude and that there is no reason to be rude to me And that’s when She told me that I can leave and take my business to Staples. I said absolutely not and she said yes, you can and I said call the cops. You cannot throw me out for trying to get papers printed. She then told me I was being very inconsiderate and I needed to move away from the machine so that someone else could use it and I told her I would’ve been able to do that a long time ago if you would move and let me copy down the email address She was making it a lot harder than it needed to be causing a scene in front of all of the other customers as well.

Never ever gets delivered when it’s supposed to I’m talking days late absolutely ridiculous if there’s ever an option to pay for a different shipping company, use it

This place solely employs rude people. Very unhelpful. If you ask for help, they roll their eyes as if you’re a burden. When you walk out after having a horrible experience, they will say “Have a good day” in a very condescending tone. The customer service here is legitimately disgusting.

I had a FedEx delivery by here 9/6/24 in Alexandria Indiana by a young lady that blow my mind. I saw that an item was arriving early so I was watching for it. The item was a Gun Cabinet in a large and very heavy box. By the time I got past our dogs the lady had that box on our porch. I want this company to know this person is what puts Companies at the very top. Please share and Thank Her

Took a license plate in last Thursday to have sent to my sisters house in terre haute. Two hours away from where I sent it from. I paid for the shipping that would have there the next day by noon here we are five days later and she still has not received the license plate I sent out. We contacted fed ex this morning and they said they cannot see the package and will have to do research and contact us via email. That was first thing this morning and still no word from them in the email. It’s just very frustrating when the representative at the fed ex tellls you that it will be there by noon the next day and then five days later still not there. I am afraid they have lost the license plate and I’m gonna have to pay the bmv for a new one and registration. If that’s the case and I end up having to pay for fed ex mistake I will be contacting better business bureau about how to get my money back and to make a formal complaint with them. My sister in terre haute cannot drive her car until she receives the plates that should have been there 3 days ago. Fed ex has also hindered her. I should not have to do any foot work to figure out where this package is and I shouldn’t have had to write a bad review. Very unprofessional on fed exs end. In the future I will definitely be using UPS

I was in this location trying to fax papers. I was having trouble with the fax machine and my son was right beside the fax machine. Mind you, he is a toddler so he’s obviously going to get into stuff. He had a lent roller and was hitting the bottom of the fax machine with it. As soon as I heard/seen it, I took it from him. Melissa (the worker) screams at him with a line full of people and was SOOO rude about it. I get it, he shouldn’t hit the fax machine period but I stopped it immediately and then she decides to scream at him after I had taken it away. I also watched Melissa be extremely rude to a girl who came in and asked a simple question before this incident. Very unprofessional.

Stay away. Horrible service. Purchased an item on Marketplace and paid to have it packed and shipped. The items were packaged poorly as if the people packaging it didn't know what they were doing, and some of the items were damaged. I called to file a claim and they would not help me. Now I'm stuck. Thanks a lot. Please do not use this location.

poor customer service, i went in and was mistakenly in the wrong place and the employee at the front laughed at me and when i said sorry and to have a good day she once again laughed at me.
