Absolutely Unacceptable – FedEx Is Failing Businesses
I paid for Overnight Priority Shipping with FedEx, expecting professional, timely service. Instead, I received negligence.
I arrived at my business at 6AM, specifically to receive this critical package with parts urgently needed for time sensitive client projects, including government contracts. I waited. And waited. FedEx never even attempted to open the front door. They simply slapped a door tag on it and left, without a knock, without trying to deliver the package.
This one failure is now impacting dozens of customers, delaying vital work, and damaging our reputation and all because FedEx couldn’t be bothered to walk through a door and do the job they were paid a premium to do.
FedEx, you don’t just owe me an apology. You owe me the trust my clients placed in me that your service just shattered.
Do better.

For a couple years, they had a lot of trouble getting packages to the destination on time. They have gotten a lot better lately.

The person who shipped my stuff try to upsale me a box as they said it could get stolen. I was sending it to samsung. So if it got stolen not my issue as I have proof I shipped it. Not to mention I don't have box shipping money. They did good job though and got it there.

FedEx supposedly came to my house to deliver my package that is the replacement iPhone since I shattered the back of mine and I clearly told the Verizon claims that I didn’t need a requirement of a signature for the package but apparently a signature was required but the FedEx guy NEVER attempted to ring my doorbell or knock on my front door. I’m sorry but if you’re going to work for a company that delivers packages you need to ring the customers doorbell and knock on the door if a package requires a signature

I would love to know who I could reach out to in order to pass on a compliment and thank you in reference to a driver. I wasn't at home to sign for a package do to a shipping update. By the time I got to my doorbell camera she was walking down down the driveway but she heard me. I told her what happened and instead of further delaying the delivery. She said she could come back in 30 mins to redeliver when someone could get there. And she did just that. And even though it was probably a delay and inconvenience to her she was authentically nice about it.

My FedEx couldn’t be bothered to wait until I answered my apartment door buzzer to make sure I was home. Instead they just left my medical supplies out on the sidewalk outside of my downtown apartment outer door. I’m not impressed with the service I have gotten from FedEx drivers.

Parking and lighting is very limited. Nice staff.....very basic shipping needs.
