This Muncie in Moll store may be very good because it has trendy and recent products.
It's a shame that they have staff that serve customers very poorly.
We went in November to buy some new balance 530 tennis shoes and the young woman who served us
She was very rude, racist and not very patient.
So it would be good to look for people who love good customer service.
Because my friend and I will never go to that store
And it had a discount of $10
And they couldn't even help me or explain it and I even had a code that they had sent me by email.
So stop sending me coupons or offers with mentioned discounts and it's not true 🤦♀️

Worst costume service ever. Tried to give me a worn shoe that was broken in and the other not. Then proceeds to tell me it's from me wearing it. Pathetic. Reminder (They DIDNT even let me try them on!!)

I wish I had gotten the staff member name ?...but she was so sweet and very patient I felt so bad she had to go to the back so many times but she still smiled and was so sweet to my daughter ❤️ my daughter is autistic so she has a hard time making decisions. But the staff was so nice, thank you.
