A friend and I decided to shop here today. We only picked up three items. I checked out first, purchasing my two items and received my receipt. My friend then checked out, getting her receipt. The manager approached us and demanded to see our receipts. My friend gave hers, and then the manager demanded to see the receipt for my items. I asked if there was a problem, and she responded that she was instructed to come over. After checking both receipts , there was no apology, nothing. As we walked out of the store, all eyes were on us, which was completely embarrassing, as if we had done something wrong. I was furious, especially considering I was treated this way as a woman of color. So, I decided to turn around and return my items. Only then did she apologize and stated that her employee had told her that she didn't see us purchase the items. Her apology was lacking, but her previous actions had already spoken loudly. When she essentially accused us of stealing and demanded to see our receipts, that was very loud. It was my first time shopping at this store, and it will definitely be my last.

Great place to get duck eggs and Coho salmon. I always enjoy the antics of Laverne & Louise at front checkout area 😉
They’re the best!! Always have a smile on their face 😊 And, Delorious is just SlapStick funny 😄 Keyera is an great public relations asset!! She’s the magic that makes that show a success 😊
Makayla is another standout employee. She is very efficient and has the ability to make others smile 😃
And, Lizzy has a very infectious personality. She is ever so helpful and kind.
If you want to feel satisfied while shopping for great food, stop in at this location and you’ll be amazed.

I have to have my boarshead Turkey! The Guy Seth is the BEST Deli guy I have ever had. I’m very specific on how thin it is or I can’t eat it.
Seth NAILS IT EVERY TIME. He’s always so so kind and always makes sure my cheese is right! Everything! People who buy turkey Every week know how important this is! Seth is the best!!!

Fresh Thyme Market has quickly become one of my favorite grocery stores! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a bright and inviting atmosphere that makes shopping a pleasure. While I find that prices can be a bit higher compared to some other grocery chains, the quality of the products makes it well worth it.
The produce is consistently fresh, vibrant, and often locally sourced, which is a huge plus for me. I appreciate the wide variety of organic options available, as well as specialty items that can be hard to find elsewhere. The store also features a great selection of health foods, snacks, and unique ingredients that inspire me to try new recipes.
Additionally, the staff is always friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any questions I might have. Overall, Fresh Thyme Market combines quality, variety, and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a wonderful place to shop for groceries!

We were at Fresh Thyme yesterday (were there almost every day) and I wanted to give a shout out to two more employees. Matt works behind the butcher counter and has always been so friendly to us. He takes time to pick out the best looking shrimp, salmon, steak… whatever it is we’re craving. He also takes time to greet us when he sees us. This past visit we couldn’t make it in before 7pm but Timothy was thoughtful and made sure we knew that the soup station also closes as 7pm before he took the time to get us soup from the back!!! We now know how that station operates and we were blown away by his effort to help us get soup. This is the best grocery store in the area. Even the lady cashier was super upbeat and polite. Thanks again for providing delicious food. It literally feels like a small town farmers market.

Great supermarket in Muncie! Clean, organized, wonderful selection of organic produce and food. Bonus is if you also love Twizzlers and Coke, for example, they stock items like that, making it a one stop grocery shop!

Never leave without checking your receipts. You always have to check your receipts before you leave. Cashiers are constantly scanning things twice. Two separate things of lunch meat- just scan the most expensive one twice and hope they don’t notice. They aren’t taught how to do glass bottle deposits. Even with three people looking at the screen they still mess up.

I went to the grocery yesterday and forgot a few things so I figured I would just swing in to Fresh Thyme in Muncie. That wont happen again. Staff was not helpful and quite rude. All I needed was a dry packet of Italian dressing and a can of cream of mushroom and I couldnt get either one of them there. I will not be going back.

I love getting snacks from here, they sell unique food that other stores don’t. Not to mention it’s healthier, non gmo, organic, no red dye. They sell alll the good things here! It’s a clean, organized store and staff is always nice and helpful.

Love the store, easy to get in and out. I'm disabled so it's important that there is Always a electric cart. There's only 2 but they are always charged and ready to go. I have only went once and didn't get a cart. Food is fresh and seems to last longer than vegetables from other stores. Love this place ❤.
