Beenn using jiffy lube for years. Tried another service but returned when the other company failed to reset the alert. Constant reminder for a couple thousand miles bright me back. Sad to say new people a) told me the coupon I had downloaded from Muncie site was valid in Indy and b) new guy named the door into the wall and immediately said "I didn't do that" to his manager standing beside him. I'll find another shop and maybe return when all new staff is up to speed

Been using this location for years, bever had a bad experience. This time all new workers. Took my Nissan Frontier for an oil change. First, the service rep tried to tell me the tire tread was low. Less than 30k miles on the vehicle. Then, after changing the oil, they stripped the bolt/nuts trying to put the skid plate back on. Asked me to return the next day to fix it. Next day said they had to order new hardware.... no call from the manager despite requesting one when I left a review for Jiffy Lube. Unprofessional, incompetent... I'll have to get it resolved elsewhere apparently.

Said no dash light but tire light was on and was still on when I left. Had one tire reading 58psi and they said they said they pumped tires to 80 psi but no tire reads that still same psi as I entered.. really question is they changed oil. What a joke.

Stopped by for a Signature Service Oil Change, the techs got my vehicle in promptly and made sure nothing was left unchecked. Glad I can trust the Muncie store with helping me “Leave Worry Behind”. Keep up the great work Jiffy Lube Muncie!

Once again, I can not begin to say what a fabulous group of people who work here. I'm impressed by their work and their manners. It a fabulous experience. Thank you to all and thank you for opening and closing the doors for my Mom and I and the coupon. Y'all go the extra mile for vacuuming and cleaning the windows. Very much appreciated and thankful for team in Muncie.
