Bought chunky yarn. Sale price was 19.99Also had a sign saying buy two get one free. Got to the register and the lady wouldn’t honor the pricing even after she checked it herself and said “someone forgot to take down that sign”.

So expensive and the fact they day all pets welcome really bothers me. I can't buy fabric because IF animals have been in there and gottrn fur on it I could get sick and if I run into an animal I could have a deadly asthma attack. I just don't understand why animals are allowed everywhere. Service animals (if truly needed) are one thing but taking your animal because it's "your baby" is another.. it could kill someone! Like the store but not worth risking health for.

I have never had a problem with this store. The clerks are very nice and friendly. Recently? I placed an on line order and a couple of items were broken. I took them in and were replaced quickly. I wouldn’t buy any breakable items from on line however! They do not pack very well at all!!

Just went to Joann’s and an employee named Cate was AMAZING!! I have never had such awesome customer service before!!! She was so sweet and nice, and I really appreciated her helpfulness and overall charismatic personality!
