Just gave an 8 cause I really haven't had issue that caused me to contact him. I receive emails when necessary but am not bombarded with them. I've used Allstate for a couple years now without complaint.

Any time I call they are very helpful. They answer all my questions and work with me to find me insurance I can afford. Their web site is easy to use.
