“Love doing laundry here. It's so much cleaner that the other places in town. The only downside is the last two times I went the two mega and the one big load was full of clothes that had been done of an hour. And attendant said they could not remove the clothes. I had to spend more money to use the smaller loads. Maybe signs letting people know if they leave their clothes unattended for a certain amount of time than they will be removed.”

“This is my absolute favorite laundry Matt I've ever been to. Not only is the building very clean and organized, they actually have staff! And the staff is very polite and helpful also the customers are usually very helpful and friendly and help each other. I have never had a better experience in Muncie at a laundry matt. Also they have games and snacks (of course with a very small fee) to get. Like seriously they're the best laundry Matt I've ever been to in Muncie. There's ALWAYS someone on staff to help either with machines or exchanging bill like you never ever have to worry about something going wrong because if it does someone will come help you and even if they can't find the solution to the problem they reimburse you. It's just such a happy and calm environment they even have a sink incase you need to wash throngs or your basket before you put clean clothing into them, and they even have a laundry lil donate area so you have something to put your coins in. Just over all it's a great community feeling, and i religiously only go to them now. Thank you so much guys for having incredibly service. And it doesn't matter who's working it's still incredible. Seriously you guys rock thank you for existing”

“I had a fantastic experience with Bailey Cleaners by Fox! They did an excellent job cleaning my comforters for my Airbnb, as well as two winter coats. Not only was their service fast and friendly, but they also handled a repair on the collar of one coat with great attention to detail. Their pricing was very reasonable, making the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be returning with more items for cleaning and a small sewing repair soon. Highly recommend!”

“I recently had a house fire that destroyed everything I pretty much owned, but was able to salvage my clothes that were in a closet. They literally set in that house for 3 months before I could walk back to that closet, took them to vouge cleaners and they come out pretty good. I never would have expected to get my clothes back in such good shape after that. Thank u guys at vouge cleaners on Willard st. For restoring my clothes I'm a happy customer”

“I come to this laundromat frequently and I appreciate that they leave out dryer sheets and detergent for people as I am always forgetting to bring along 1 or the other. I rarely encounter the staff but when I do they are always polite, and I appreciate the work they do here.The only note that I have is that I would appreciate if they would leave out broom and dust pans as I frequently end up with hair all around where I am loading my laundry, and I've noticed other people also have crumbs and hair and the like when they do their laundry that no one is able to clean up unless they bring their own broom.”
