I was certified by Tom through YMCA back in the early 80s, both basic and advance. I was back in Muncie last weekend visiting and was delighted to find that Tom is still going strong, offering great education and service at very reasonable prices. This place (and Tom) is a gem.

I have taken several SCUBA classes here and bought several pieces of equipment. I would absolutely recommend visiting if you are in any way interested in SCUBA diving or in need of any aquatic gear.
