Made an appointment for my sons car as he is at school at Ball State. He gets there and they tell him they don't work on that. 1 day after I talked to someone and set up an appointment for exactly what they told him they didn't do. Won't be calling back.

expensive, 180 usd for a labor work and in each item of each part of change ? nah, is to much, they give solution but is expensive.

Took my truck in to get my window fixed and they didn’t bother to put my door panel on all the way after the service. Edit
I have been there twice and both times they failed to do there job.first time i had a motor in my window replaced and the failed to put the door back together and the second time i came in because my truck was running and idling rough. They proceeded to tell me nothing was wrong and it was just a old truck. I forked out $242 for a diagnostic and they replaced my cap and rotor on the distributor. Went on 2 test drives with the “mechanic” and both time asked if they would check connections from distributor to spark plugs and they said they did. I called it quits after being there for hours. The next day i put new spark plug wires on it and fixed the problem. So they CLEARLY did not do there jobs or didn’t know how todo there job…

All the people who work there are very nice. I thought the prices were a little high but I feel I got great quality work for my money. So I'll continue to take my car to the best care.

Theo was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to get my son’s car up and running. He squeezed us in on a busy Saturday, when other places wouldn’t even see the car for at least a week. He stayed in constant communication with myself and made sure my son had a windy experience despite the circumstances. I highly recommend them.

I would give them a 5 however if I'm told a price for something when I called & you already have my cars information & I'm again quoted that same price when I arrive then that's what I want to pay other than that I love Meineke because unlike other service centers they normally run a check engine light test, rotate your tires & what I really like is they give you a detailed print out of what's detected...that's normally the service that wins me over at Meineke. Check their website for coupons that you can email or text to yourself.

They told me the issue was largely related to something other than the tires (arm controls). After $1,300 and 2+ hours, I was told the issue still persisted and had to go then buy new tires elsewhere — which fixed the issue. The people working there seem nice, but I was either taken advantage of or they just don’t know what they’re talking about.
