We bought a new vanity. The undermount sink completely fell out. Menards sent me to their vendo Superior Brands. Who absolutely refused to do anything about it. DO NOT BUY they will not back their products.

I was checking out the buck knife selection when a woman in a security uniform came to where I was and began watching me and scanning the knives to “see how many we’re supposed to be there”. Really frustrated me and made me feel uncomfortable. Still bought the knife, but this interaction was uncomfortable and unnecessary.

Lots of fun. Their off sale prices are good, but if you can catch it on sale, it's definitely worth it, especially when I you apply their rebate program. Save your receipts!

When visiting my local Muncie Menards. I spent over $500. In mt first trip, I had one item that was a curved curtain rod, it was priced on the shelf as 28.89. When rang up it came up 48.99. The Gm on staff refused to honor the price listed even tho the item was priced correctly and I had proof. He was very rude. Today’s visit was a
complete hassle anytime I need help. I’m disappointed over the curtain rod but wasn’t a big deal, just the way it was handled was. At least 20 people waiting on one check out , employees attitudes. Took over 30 minutes to check out then the hassle and embarrassment they caused when I wasn’t in the wrong! They admitted to being wrong but refused to fix the issue! Very unprofessional. when I tried emailing Menards about the problem the either don’t respond, or their portal “isn’t working”. Impossible to get ahold of anyone or get help! I went to make a return after said incident & they refused to do the return, then accused me of stealing the item when I asked for it to be marked before I grabbed the rest of my stuff, which was crappy to refuse an $80 return with recent because they put in TINY font “as is”

This Menards is one of the better stores (compared to Richmond, at least). All of the plants I’ve ever purchased here have flourished. The staff are always very helpful as well.

The customer service front desk is ripping people off though there tool rental. As a business owner myself if I have a customer that spends thousands of dollars in my store I would give them respect. Looks like Lowe’s will get all my business.
