You guys were wonderful! Everybody was kind and their prices are affordable. It was easy to make an appointment and they had my vehicle ready to go quickly. Marshall was very professional and polite and they all loved my dogs! I haven't seen this kind of service since the 1950's!
I highly recommend them.

Midas in Muncie provided much needed service. As a single working mother worried about both price and time, they were competitively priced and valued my time. Recently went to midas in order to get my vehicle tuned up before driving down to florida. Needless to say the service was impeccable and the staff are extremely nice. They ended up replacing my engine and cabin filter but beforehand they came out to show me my current filters. Truly happy with how smooth the drive went!

Theo was amazing to work with. He squeezed my son’s car in on a busy Saturday, despite other places wouldn’t even look at it for at least week. He stayed in constant communication with my son and myself. He went above and beyond to ensure that my son, despite the circumstances, had a wonderful experience. I can’t say enough about our experience here. I highly recommend them.

Always great service and professionalism by staff. Marshall is always doing what he can to go above and beyond for customers. He tries to make sure that everyone knows he does all he can to make things easier for them and make them a part of the Midas family. The new tire warranty that Midas offers with the purchase of new tires is a blessing. If something happens to a tire that needs serviced they have made it a stress free process to get you back on the road. Great program!!

Jaw-droppingly excellent service. Went in here on a Saturday with no appointment, to see if they could diagnose a problem with my car's heater, and not only did they check it out, they graciously offered a temp fix, as the actual repair will likely be pricey. Steve at the front desk couldn't have been more polite and helpful, explaining everything clearly, especially once I explained I'm not particularly car-savvy. I've been to plenty of mechanics were they were gruff, seemingly focused on proving how masculine they are, and not concerned with being helpful. Going to the Muncie Midas was precisely the opposite. I was truly blown away by how great they made the whole experience. GO SEE THEM - you will NOT be sorry! 10/10
