Great in office customer service! No need to call the 800 number and sit on hold, just call in, or better yet go in and see them. Another plus. They have 2 very relaxed boxers for you to pet!

Phenomenal team! I had heard so many great things from people in the area, so I gave the office a call. They were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and tailoring my policy to fit my needs. They took the time to go over every option I asked about and explained everything clearly. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I recently switched agents because I moved to Muncie & needed someone local. I went with Mike Wright's office based on the 5-star rating on Google because there were over 700 reviews.
Now that I've been working with Jim from their office, I can see why they have a perfect score! I would give 10 stars if I could; I can't recommend this office enough based on my personal experiences.
If you're reading this & you think they can't beat your current rates... call them up and tell them you read Natasha's review and that you would like a quote. Just try it; ask for a quote (mention my name for review purposes), and see what happens. What do you have to lose? This is the best insurance office I've ever worked with & I'll continue to keep recommending them.

Just started a couple policies with Mike Wright State Farm and Jim answered all the Questions I asked and was really helpful. He explained everything in great detail. They also have very friendly staff.

Jim’s the man! Wanted to switch from my old company cause I wanted to see if I’d get a lower rate and also just wanted to be with a big name insurance company…needless to say they hooked me up and saved me damn near 80$ on full coverage for my truck! The 5 star rating is WELL deserved! Great job y’all!

I was very impressed by how friendly and fast they were. Jim was knowledgeable and gave me plenty of time to discuss the coverage with my husband before making a decision. I never felt pressure and he was more than willing to explain all the things that insurance involves. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and not just because of the money they saved me.

On a snap, I had to buy a car for my new job. Jim Scott took time out of his Saturday morning to make sure I could get insurance so I could make it to the BMV here in Muncie before they close at noon. Very professional and put my interests first and made me feel like I was in good hands. 10/10
I’ll be seeking him out when it comes time to buy a home!
