Victoria should be fired. She on many occasions has made my visit unpleasant. Rather than listening she wants to let you know that you are wrong before shes done proper fact finding.The other clerks are excellent.

Have a mortgage with this bank. Everything about this bank is inconvenient and horrible percentage rates for somebody that has good credit. I’m making my last payment this month because I’m switching to a different mortgage lender. Tellers are nice when they’re open.

Absolutely, positively, and without a doubt the worst bank you could ever possibly use. I signed up with mutual, a great bank for the people, and was left with northwest: a great bank for themselves. Terrible customer service, terrible “policies”, and terrible banking hours. Do yourself a favor and just use Venmo, cash app, etc. to avoid a terrible establishment.

Don’t answer the phones. My money disappeared from my mutual bank card, they said it should be on my new “northwest” card...& it’s not. I had money before my bank switched to them, now I don’t.

Was told when the new bank took over you would be open on Monday and this is Tuesday and the phone says that you are closed if this is the new service then it might be time to change banks

We had trouble with other banks knowing how to do a mortgage for our condo downtown. Mutual knew exactly how to do it, got us a good deal, and even helped at the closing.

Horrible customer service, they are lazy. I went to cash a payroll check . I cash larger checks then the one I was trying to cash. The check was wrote from a different bank this time. Because they called once and got put on hold to leave a voice mail they would not cash it. Said it was easier to put a 7-10 day hold. I asked who can I speak with to help them verify the check said a girl named Regina but yet wouldn't give me her number or let me speak with her? So why tell me her name??. Said since they called and couldn't verify the check that even if they called back to verify it, they still would not cash it. They are lazy and need to learn customer service especially if I'm offering to call bank or employer to have them call the bank back (doing their job for them) they still wouldn't cash it.
