“Came in close to closing and was still greeted with smiles from the whole team. The garage was clean and organized! Staff was friendly the whole time and offered me snacks as I waited in my truck. I stop at a lot of quick lube locations as I travel for work and have a fleet vehicle, this was one of my best experiences! Everyone seemed to get along and laugh as they were working. As a lady who travels alone, it's much better than the tension I've felt at other garages. 10/10, will try to stop here again as I make my way around!”

“Oil change: Quick and informative experience! Was in and out in about 30 minutes. Enjoyed a nice, hot cup of coffee in a comfortable chair while we waited. Vending machine always gets the kids attention! Clean restroom. They have a car wash bay as well as free vacuums!”

“I would give them 20 stars if I could. Brandon and Riley were phenomenal. Brandon remained patient and kind, explained the wait time, etc. At one point my phone was dying and he found a charging block I could borrow while I waited (I pay for everything on my phone ??‍♀️). Riley was PHENOMENAL. POINT. BLANK. PERIOD. She stayed late, got my tire all fixed up and changed my oil. She didn’t ever once act impatient or upset - indeed everyone I met tonight was incredibly kind, understanding, and definitely went above and beyond. Of course I had trouble with my Walmart pay but no one ever huffed or puffed. Everyone was so understanding and I am so thankful for the time they all took to make me feel like I wasn’t a burden.

There is good in the world - I firmly believe everyone can bless someone: CEO’s, janitors, mechanics, healthcare workers, etc. Riley and Brandon, you are both definitely in the right field. Don’t ever forget the difference you made.”

“The clerk in the automotive department was dealing with a very rude,ignorant ,and impatient customer which made my experience semi bad but he was very helpful with the things I needed. Southside has weirdos and as long as you use the auto side you don't have people chasing you down asking for receipts .”
