let me just start off by saying i’ve been there maybe 6 times? everytime ive been there, the snobby owner isn’t welcoming unless you’ve been there for years. there is an older man that works there that has left chunks of dust in my french tip, nails coming up on the side, unfriendly-you name it. the last time i was there, the owner and the man were making fun of what i had asked amongst themselves. just rude people who don’t want your service unless you’re a long time customer. just go somewhere else

Amazing place this is my go to. I do not go anywhere else and I have been with them for the past four years. I will not go anywhere else and neither will My Daughter. Everything is always sanitized and clean, and they are always very friendly

Have been going to Perfect nails for a couple years. Had a girl that I really enjoyed to do my nails. She was not there so I ask about her and the owner miss priss Got very rude and told me she had employees and that my girl no longer worked there she was very hateful and rude so needless to say we found a different place to go to get our nails done. Sad thing is is that we left a $20-$40 tip per person On top of the price they charge.

I won't be returning due to the lack of hygienic practices here. Tools were clearly not being cleaned and sanitized properly and the place was not well kept. I was told to leave my nails soaking in acetone for thirty minutes and given a paper towel to scrape my old nail polish off myself. Never in my life have I had this type of experience.

This place is nasty. One lady walks around barefoot, it smells like cigarettes and honestly I’m embarrassed to be here. I will never ever return. They aren’t very friendly, don’t have packages for pedicures and the place just looks rundown and not taken care of.

I had a sweet lady named T. She was very friendly and personable. She gave the BEST leg massage I’ve ever had. She also was so willing to do the design I wanted on my toes. 5/5 would recommend coming and asking for her (-:

The gentleman was a little on the rough side. I had to have new nails put on after removing some of the old ones. He did a good job, but my cuticles were very sore afterward. Just wish he took more time than being in a big rush. First time there.
I lost a nail and went back. The man acted like it made him mad. He.waa even rougher the 2nd time. I have now lost 3 nails. A waste of my money going there!

Went for my first pedicure here and was told it wouldn’t be long. Waited 15 minutes to be called back, and I know what you’re thinking 15 minutes isn’t that long. I was called back just to sit in a chair as my water got cold while the woman that called me back finished the pedicure she had obviously just started. After another 30 minutes of waiting (we’re at 45 minutes now), I wiped my feet and walked out. I called to complain and was given excuse after excuse which in the end they all started contradicting themselves. The owner said “ You have to tell us if you don’t have time” “ They don’t call people back until they are ready to start” Brought her attention that was not the case and I had been waiting in the chair and she said “ Well, some people like to sit and soak” so which is it? I definitely didn’t ask to soak for 30 minutes. News flash owner, you can’t tell someone you don’t have time to wait when you aren’t informed how long the wait is.
Called again to get some clarity on the “telling them you don’t have time”, she let me know she doesn’t tell people how long the wait is unless THEY ask then hung up on me. Everywhere else I go around here let’s you know as soon as you walk in and tell them the service you want.

Lady who runs the place is in a bad mood a lot and doesn't seem very nice to her employee. Always on the phone when she does the nails. Rude. Don't feel welcome.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! The people are friendly, but they reuse old nail files, buffers, and foot scrubbers. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN AT ANY SALON. I'm just assuming that they don't sanitize nail clippers and other tools properly either. Some of their other reviews said that customers got toenail fungus. So please be cautious. If you care about the cleanliness of a salon, go somewhere else.
