“I went in 15 minutes before they closed, the woman before me treated the tech with such disrespect but this man had outstanding manners and patience. I come in after her and ask for my script (that wasn't ready and they were closing.)
I explained my situation was dire due to my disability and the same tech went and filled it himself! After just being treated so poorly he still took care of me! 5 stars for this pharmacy. You have no idea the lives you changed tonight now I can work functionally to care for my patients. God bless you!”

“HUGE SHUTOUT ! For the employees who worked this Christmas Eve, I work for AutoZone and didn't get off until 7pm. Everything was closed except that store so I went in got three gift cards for 75 dollars apiece for my kids.. Here's the awesome part, when I went to pay the young lady questioned me for the purpose of having 3 gift cards.. explain it was for my kids Christmas gift.. I loved they asked, with all the scammers who want to use gifts cards to steal money, and you guys are protecting customers so they wouldn't fall victim.. Thank you and keep up being vigilant...”
“This is by far the best Walgreens in town as far as customer service goes. They always welcome me when I come in and engage in conversation when I check out. Their day shift staff is the best, but even their night shift is awesome. My favorite cashier is definitely Mary. If my son is throwing a fit she will try to calm him down so that I can focus on getting what I need. Anytime something doesn’t ring up as it should or a register reward doesn’t print, they are quick to make it right. This isn’t the case with other Walgreens in town. The store is always clean and well stocked. My only complaint is that their pharmacy doesn’t take all insurances. I would love to get my monthly medication here but they don’t accept my insurance.”

“I come here with my husband quite frequently to shop and get my prescriptions. One of the employees Andrea is so sweet and amazing! She always welcomes us and helps us out with any questions we have and entertains us with conversations! I see her running around all the time helping every customer she can. The rest of the staff are wonderful and helpful aswell! This location is definitely one of the better ones compared to the other Muncie locations!”
“What a treat. Tammy - your cashier this evening was such a welcomed delight. She said hi - welcome - asked me if I needed assistance - guided me to exactly what I needed - and then happily checked me out. Muncie is a twin that needs so many more friendly and helpful people. You should feel happy to have her as an employee. My husband's company just passed us to cvs. He's diabetic type 1. I'm happy that Tammy will be there to help me laugh it all off.”

“This location is typically well maintained, and I appreciate the effort that goes into keeping the environment clean and orderly. For the most part, the staff are courteous, friendly, and willing to assist when needed, which creates a generally positive experience. That said, there have been several occasions where certain employees have displayed noticeably rude or dismissive behavior. These interactions stand out because they contrast so sharply with the otherwise helpful atmosphere.
The pharmacy staff are usually pleasant and professional, but I have witnessed moments where their behavior came across as judgmental or lacking in empathy. While these incidents may not represent the entire team, they do affect the overall impression of the service provided.
In general, I do like this place and continue to use it because of its convenience and the many positive experiences I’ve had. However, the inconsistency in staff attitudes is the primary reason I cannot give it a full five-star rating.”

“My doctor's office was not returning my call or sending in my meds for me, so I called the pharmacy and asked them to reach out to them for me. They did, and my meds were in within less than twelve hours of our conversation (which was later in the evening or I'm sure it would have been even sooner)! I'm so grateful to these wonderful people for making sure I got what I needed when I was starting to feel hopeless. I've also used this pharmacy for several years and they're always very friendly and helpful.”
