“I can't say much about the store but the Pharmacy is great. They do need more help but they are always spot on, never grouchy and help with any way they can. I have been to almost all pharmacy's in Muncie, Payless Tillotson outshines them all. I wish that they could get more help because everyone works their hind end off. Keep up the good work!!!!”
“I went in 15 minutes before they closed, the woman before me treated the tech with such disrespect but this man had outstanding manners and patience. I come in after her and ask for my script (that wasn't ready and they were closing.)
I explained my situation was dire due to my disability and the same tech went and filled it himself! After just being treated so poorly he still took care of me! 5 stars for this pharmacy. You have no idea the lives you changed tonight now I can work functionally to care for my patients. God bless you!”

“Their pharmacy is so slow so that's why I couldn't give him a better score. Most pharmacies will tell you you can come back in 15-20 minutes and my sister and I were there. She picked up most of her prescriptions. She had one more and they told us to come back in 3 hours. We don't live right by it and they knew it.”

“CVS is a great little drugstore. The staff is friendly and it's easy to find what I need. My only complaint is the line for the pharmacy. If you get there and there are less than 6 people in line, you got lucky. There's almost always a ridiculously long line both inside and outside in the drive thru. Besides that, it's always a pleasant visit.”
“I come here with my husband quite frequently to shop and get my prescriptions. One of the employees Andrea is so sweet and amazing! She always welcomes us and helps us out with any questions we have and entertains us with conversations! I see her running around all the time helping every customer she can. The rest of the staff are wonderful and helpful aswell! This location is definitely one of the better ones compared to the other Muncie locations!”

“Annette Is amazing. She is The. First One. I heard never saw her. She’s like a ninja. But of course when I walked in she’s like hi. Welcome to CVS. All excited and happy. Which is beautiful. Mind you. Everyone wants the positive reaction . My reason why. I’m at CVS picking up my medicine because I’m not feeling good. My leg is hurting. I was in a wreck. My back hurts. My head hurts, and just her greeting me at the door with a great positive attitude made me happy.
So getting back to when I walk in I realized how far of a walk it is to the back to pick them up. Set myself in a low voice.. “ Oh man I should’ve brought my cane . I didn’t think anyone heard me.
When I was getting ready to check out. She Directed me to self. Check out if I had a card.. At this point, I thought she was just trying to get the Line down. I didn’t realize she noticed. I was hurting. She heard that I forgot my cane. She thought about al of it took in l consideration, and got me out of there as fast as she could, with a smile on her face and still did the other two customers that were in front of me. I actually Think she should be Rewarded Or promoted an raise. That would be nice. For. Excellent customer service, and I hope she sees this. I want to say thank you again. You were wonderful and you made this horrible crappy day. A lot better for me, and I appreciate that more than any words can ever express keep up the good Work”

“My doctor's office was not returning my call or sending in my meds for me, so I called the pharmacy and asked them to reach out to them for me. They did, and my meds were in within less than twelve hours of our conversation (which was later in the evening or I'm sure it would have been even sooner)! I'm so grateful to these wonderful people for making sure I got what I needed when I was starting to feel hopeless. I've also used this pharmacy for several years and they're always very friendly and helpful.”
