“I decided to attempt to go to the post office Friday at 5pm fully expecting to get turned away, and instead I had a very pleasant experience!! I obviously had no idea what I was doing and two employees immediately helped me find the correct packaging material at the most economical price (saving me $7 which I would've unnecessarily spent without their help). I left at 5:05pm, feeling grateful and relieved that a potentially negative experience turned out to be a positive one due to helpful employees with great attitudes!”
