Can't say enough about these guys! Joyce greets you with a small and a friendly conversation setting thetonefor a good experience. I had the Jeep in for clutch work and they were more than happy to tackle a 40+ year old vehicle and keep it under control. Rich dug in to diagnose the problem, including using a similar vehicle in his to compare it with. He was thorough and reasonable...I'll be more than happy to bring more work his way!

Very bad shop i called to see how much berts transmission would cost and they couldnt give me a price. I wouldnt take my bike to these people didnt know what there doing

I normally don’t do this but I had to share this. I dropped my truck off for them to get to it in a day or so and they ended up getting to it a day earlier than what they had said. There were some issues that popped up on my transmission on my truck and called me several times to keep me updated and ended up being cheaper than what they had actually quoted me in the beginning. The lady at the front desk was always very polite and answered the phone right away and no BS recordings. Unfortunately I did not have anyone to go with me to pick it up when it was done so they actually dropped my truck off to me at my house. Come on people who actually goes out of there way these days to help a customer out like this. Really amazing and I appreciate it very much so I highly recommend this place

The woman who works the front counter is very friendly and keeps you informed. The techs in the shop did a great job, appeared to really care about the quality of work they put out, and want to make sure the customer is happy with the work . Extremely fair pricing compared to the dealers shop. I highly recommend this shop and will use them again in the future.

The owners are like my family now! The most honest shop I've ever went to! They are so friendly and they keep you very informed while they have your vehicle. They even make sure you know what it is going to cost before they do the work. They don't set you up for failure. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. They do everything from oil changes to breaks and even transmission work obviously!!! Just not tores! Very respectful and customer service is top notched ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if I could give more stars I would!

It's hard to a shop you trust, that has quality techs, good pricing, and can work on your car in a timely fashion. Precision transmission does all of this. This is my goto for anything auto. I've had them work on engines, suspension, and yes, transmission problems. They've done great work with everything.

My dad wanted me to post this for him since he doesn’t have a Google account:I went to Precision Transmissions and Engines for the first time last week(8/30/23) I was changing my own transmission fluid at home and I ran into a problem. No one else was able or willing to help me. But the guys at Precision Transmissions and Engines helped me out big time by explaining to me how to fix my problem and they even gave me a couple of small parts that I needed to make the repair AT NO CHARGE. You don’t find that kind of dedication and service these days. They have won over my future business and anyone else that asks me for car repair referrals. They do EVERY type of repair except tires. I have been taking my car here for quite some time. The customer service is top notch! Owner is fair and honest. They always keep me well informed on what is going on with my vehicle and how much repairs will cost. I have had everything from an oil change to a transmission rebuild done here.
