Oil change: Quick and informative experience! Was in and out in about 30 minutes. Enjoyed a nice, hot cup of coffee in a comfortable chair while we waited. Vending machine always gets the kids attention! Clean restroom. They have a car wash bay as well as free vacuums!

All I heard is we only have 3 techs... I've worked in garages changing oil & tires, doesn't take 1.5 hrs to complete a simple task. Poor training from Ford
