I brought my 2018 Jaguar F-Pace to reckless and they knocked it out of the park. I had gone to three other “car audio” specialists and they all said it was too difficult of a job. I even went to the Jaguar dealer and they weren’t willing either. Reckless was quick to respond and didn’t bat an eye at the “difficulty” they gave me a fair price and a told me the time it would take, and were right on the money. I can’t say enough good things! It turned out amazing and looks even cleaner, and I love having the updated stereo and climate controls. Highly recommend!

They did a great job on providing information and on performing installation. When there was a miscommunication on my part they worked with me and made it right. If u want high quality products and top-notch service, this is your place! Bass knob looks like it was installed by manufacturer. Installed vibration suppression throughout the trunk and side panels and even behind the liscence plate. Really thurough and effective. Super clean installation and the custom box fits perfect in the trunk. Will definetly come back.

My experience here was top notch from me contacting them on Instagram to them having my VW ID.4 rockin today. I usually install my own stuff but I figured this is a brand new Volkswagen EV I better leave it to the professionals and glad I did. I drove 170 miles round trip and the drive home was the best. The team was great!

They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to get an appointment very quickly. Got my car back earlier than expected. They took their time to inform us on how to use the new system. Highly recommend and definitely will be going back.
