Very good place laid all cards out on table. Joey was very good told him price range i wanted to stay around and he worked with us and got me in a car to drive back and forth to Muncie to do my job. Highly recommend and appreciate what they did.

We worked with Tevan on purchasing a 2021 Pacifica Touring-L with the S Appearance package. Tevan and his team were extremely down to earth and not your typical car salesmen. They worked with us and multiple financial agencies to get the best possible deal for us. Communication was top notch. Probably one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I would definitely refer family and friends here!

Best dealership in the world. Tevon was our salesman and he comes prepared. He was able to secure a deal for no money down and we drove off the lot with the vehicle we wanted at the payment he quoted within an hour. Great job Tevon. Everyone was super nice and friendly thank you so very much for all of your help

Tevan is the car salesman that we had the pleasure of working with. He was not pushy and allowed us to test drive the vehicle that we wanted. The experience was great and the customer service was superb. We were there well after closing time and none of the employees had any issues with staying longer to get our deal done. Thank you!

Initially, we had a wonderful experience! The salesman was super nice and not pushy but very informative. He showed me each and every vehicle I was interested in. In the beginning, I was interested in a third row SUV. But I fell in love with a beautiful Honda Odyssey. I was told by the salesman that I was in luck because they had just dropped the price on that Odyssey. The price he told me matched the online price. My husband came over later that day and after a test drive, we agreed that we were going to purchase. We came back the next day after my husband was off of work to complete our purchase. We worked with Ryan in finance. Ryan worked hard to get us approved with a decent rate. In the middle of signing, I had to leave the dealership to go get my oldest child. Leaving my husband at the dealership to finish up the paperwork. When I returned from picking up my child, the paperwork was almost done. We finished up a couple signatures and left for the evening. I noticed that evening that there was a discrepancy in the actual miles on the vehicle and the mileage that was listed online. I had my husband send me the docs that he signed. The paper that stated what the odometer read was not accurate. My husband called the dealership and they informed him that they Did a detail and diagnostic test that added 200 miles. So before we even took possession of the vehicle, we were already 200 miles into our warranty. While I was looking at the other documents that my husband signed, I found a discrepancy in the price. The base price of the vehicle was an extra $1,000 than what I had been told and what was listed online. When my husband questioned that, they told him that that was the cash price. Nowhere does it state anything about a cash price. On top of that, each vehicle gets “detailed”. The vehicle we purchased was subpar detailed. The previous owners must have had a long haired dog in the vehicle. When I removed the middle seat of the second row, there was a god-awful smell accompanied by a ton of dog hair and what I assume was dog vomit. Thankfully, I was able to get everything cleaned myself. All in all, we had a good experience in the process of purchasing. But, the way they handled the two issues after the sale was alarming and makes me hope that we really don’t have to ever use our warranty. Still would recommend buying a vehicle here. Just make sure you have everything explained to you in detail and make sure everything matches the paperwork before you sign anything. Rookie mistake learned the hard way.
