Filled up with 93 octane on Thursday, October 10. Gas was cloudy - bad gas. I know this because although the pump ran very slowly, it didn't shut off until I could see the fuel at the top of the gas tank opening. It ran roughly and stalled out in the middle of the highway several times. A 6 hour drive became a 10 hour drive, just like that.
I tried calling the station many times to let them know. Their phone is constantly busy and I could not get through.
Shell Oil USA was useless. This local Shell gas station is substandard and doesn’t deserve any of your business.

This gas station is increasingly frustrating. Over the past six months any time i try to use my fuel rewards or gas buddy it rejects my payment and says "see attendant. If i dont use any of those perks then it'll accept my payment at the pum with no issue. Also there always seems to be pumps down and takes forever to fix them. I drive past this station daily and have been attempting to avoid filling up here as much as i can. Occassionaly I'll stop by to test my perks and as of today my issue ls still persist.

Got premium fuel for a motorcycle as soon as I left the gas station my bike started acting up and missing out so I got it home and drained the tank and it was absolutely murky disgusting “gas” if you could call it that. I called the station and he said that there’s been no complaints and that it was something wrong on my end. Thankfully I was able to get the bike working again properly. Avoid this place because if you get contaminated gas you’re out of luck with this guy.

I went there to get a pop last night around 7 pm. One of the ladies that worked there was standing in the doorway just staring at me. I stood outside the door for a few seconds thinking they were closed. The lady continued to stare at me. So I just opened the door and she stood in the doorway. She motioned for me to come in. She followed me to the fountain pop station and said, “you didn’t give me a chance to open the door for you “. Very strange. Well I really didn’t want to stand outside all night until you decided to open the door!

The cashier was very friendly! The store was clean, and the line went quickly! I will be stopping here more often, for sure! Great gas station!

Every time I go in there the floors are sticky and it just looks dirty. Last time I tried to get a cappuccino (4/24) all of the spouts only gave water. On top of that, if I had been able to actually get a cappuccino, there were no lids so I would have spilled it. Had to get something else. The lady at the register was very nice and personable, but the other lady who was stocking shelves, was very rude to me as well as to the lady at the register. I decided that I would much rather drive 2 miles up the road to have better customer service, better/bigger variety of food, and a clean store.

Floors were sticky inside the store and the restrooms, specifically the men’s toilet had stuff inside the toilet bowl. Both restrooms were super filthy. Management should really ensure restrooms are clean at all times for customers.

Stop here quite a few times during the week never seen do I have any problems people working here are very nice and helpful.
