“Person was very helpful and efficient. The location was convenient. My only complaint was they wouldn't tape the box. I had to buy a roll of tape at the store and tape it myself. I don't use tape that often so I gave the tape away. If they had just charged a fee (Like a dollar or 2) to tape the box, I would have been satisfied.”

“I would love to know who I could reach out to in order to pass on a compliment and thank you in reference to a driver. I wasn't at home to sign for a package do to a shipping update. By the time I got to my doorbell camera she was walking down down the driveway but she heard me. I told her what happened and instead of further delaying the delivery. She said she could come back in 30 mins to redeliver when someone could get there. And she did just that. And even though it was probably a delay and inconvenience to her she was authentically nice about it.”

Having exposure problems and their photos are not being accepted.The first person I encountered seemed bothered I asked and told the other guy (Josh) to get the camera.Not sure if the first guy is having a bad day but just not friendly.”
