“The parking lot at this place has not been kept up for the past 20 years. It is filled with holes and trash. Leaving the parking lot onto South Madison Street is jarring due to the holes the street department left behind. Can CVS just send an employee outdoors to pick up pieces of trash all around the perimeter? I took them a UPS package, and they quickly accepted it and gave me a text verification, so that was great.”
“Person was very helpful and efficient. The location was convenient. My only complaint was they wouldn't tape the box. I had to buy a roll of tape at the store and tape it myself. I don't use tape that often so I gave the tape away. If they had just charged a fee (Like a dollar or 2) to tape the box, I would have been satisfied.”
