I just received arguably the worst haircut of my entire life by Brittany at this place. Not only did she not use my reference photo at all, she cut everything off the back of my head when I told her I was letting it grow out. Never again.

April's work is top notch! Professional, courteous and friendly, my original review was 5*. Today, less than an hour ago, I walked out after waiting 30 min, just to get bumped at the 6 min mark...back to 34 min. Did I sign in online? No, I signed in at the kiosk upon arrival. Why should I need to go online to sign in yet again? Done.

We have had the absolute best experience with Kim. She is so patient, kind, and humble. My son has given her a run for her money, but she has found a very calm way to help him overcome his fear. I have waited many years for him to get to this point. It means so much. Thank you, Kim!!

It's memorial day weekend and my husband came to get a haircut. And the woman there completely messed my husbands hair up. She has 2 lip piercings and black hair with a blonde streak. I am so disappointed at this service. She made my husband like he's wear a toupee and no lineup nothing. We have and important event to go to and we have no way of fixing it. Thanks so much for service but I cannot believe this.

April is ALWAYS spot on, and always lines me up really well. She listens to what I have to say, whether it be about the haircut, as well as anything unrelated. I feel comfortable every visit, and I am never unsure of what is being done. Although I typically get the MVP (sometimes double), she asks everytime, and never assumes. Which I appreciate.

I called ahead of time asking if I could come in 15 min before closing as I get off of work late. They told me they cut hair till 8. Arrive 15 min early as I told them and they declined me service after coming all the way to town. Will not be returning and will take business elsewhere.

Went in 2 days ago for a simple cut that ended up being butchered and left me with no choice but to shave my head and start again. Only 2 people available in the store at the time. This is also the 3rd time that I’ve been there and either had to go somewhere else to get it fixed or shaved it to restart.
I don’t know why but the quality and care for haircuts here has gone down hill tremendously. I’ve been going here since I was in high school (2016) all the way to two days ago. I used to not even have to have a dedicated stylist to go to, I could pick anybody but now that’s impossible because each time I’ve been it’s looked horrendous.
One woman who was there out of the two didn’t seem to really care that she had no haircuts and was sitting on her phone while outright bragging this. Meanwhile there were 2 other gentleman waiting for a cut. One of them ended up leaving before mine because there was a 49 minute wait for the other stylist.
Also $28 for a cut and wash ? I remember when it was 19$ for a cut, 23$ for a wash/cut and 25$ for the MVP. Insane pricing for only 2 people working the entire day.
I will not be going back here.
