Had a great experience at this store. Michael did a great job while trying to upgrade my daughters phone. We encountered many obstacles but he guided us through everyone with knowledge and professionalism. He kept our budget and interests in mind the whole time by locating the best family plan deal and phone for us. The rest of the staff at the store were also doing a wonderful jobassisting customers while we waited. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you Michael and the rest of the crew for assisting us today!

T-Mobile took over $1,100 for absolutely nothing In 2019 I decided to get the iPhone 11 Pro Max a few months after it came out (July). I decided to do a 2 year lease on it which cost $39.59 per month, just tacked on to each monthly phone bill. In April of 2020, T-Mobile buys Sprint, the carrier I purchased the phone through. My lease is still not completely paid, so I keep making payments. T-Mobile owned Sprint when my lease payment should have been removed from my bill. Fast forward to today, February 1st, 2024. I'm looking over my bill details and I notice that there's a charge on there that doesn't include my iPhone's protection plan stating that it's for leases. Confused, I check the leases tab and there are no active leases. I HAVE BEEN PAYING AN EXTRA $39.59 PER MONTH FOR 30 MONTHS ($1,187) FOR A PHONE THAT IS ALREADY PAID OFF. I call customer service and a very professional young lady named Diamond helps me, she tells me that they had to manually remove so many lease charges from people's bills. I asked if I could be refunded for these extra charges and she tells me that she can only refund 2 months worth of payments (under $80). I understand that she has protocols that will not allow me to talk with her supervisor so I don't even know why I bothered asking. I made sure to be really nice to her because at the end of the day, it's not HER who's been pocketing the equivalent of an extra YEAR'S WORTH OF PHONE BILLS from me. I have called customer service several times over the past few years for help on a few things, there have been PLENTY of times that they could have spotted this error. I am so upset about this and will be switching to a different phone company by February 21st (the day my bill is due) if I am not made whole. I advise anyone thinking of switching to T-Mobile to think twice about it, seeing as they clearly have no issue taking the hard-earned money that is not owed to them.

I have learned my lesson on dealing with Zach at this store I visited in July 2023 to add a phone to a ghost line I had and felt pushed to add alot of extra things to my plan saying nothing would change besides the home internet I added but he pressured me to get 2 "free phones" that I paid 150 each for that day saying that money would come off my bill but I just looked at my bill tonight and have been charged monthly fees for those phones (paying on them). I will not be back in the store if i see Zach as I'm walking up.

Be sure that you know what you're doing when you trade in your phone. If you have anything that you value on your old phone, you may lose it because it may not transfer to your new phone for different reasons that the average person won't know about. They don't tell you this and expect you to know technical things before you trade in. After you sign over your phone they won't let you have it back to do anything about it. I lost everything but my photos and contacts. There is a knowledgeable guy working there at this time who was able to help me get back some things that I was upset about losing, but not the things I wanted back the most that mattered to me. It would be great if they could warn you that this could happen so that you could take measures before giving up your phone. In answer to the below comment. Who can think when you are standing in the store being watched? The botched transfer was not my fault and my old phone should have been returned to me long enough for me to check to see that I had everything I needed off of it. Again, tell people what could happen so that they can be prepared.

Brandon Was absolutely amazing. He greeted my sister and I was such a welcoming vibe and bright smile. He was very understanding of my situation and assisting me to the best of his ability, which was absolutely amazing! He even convinced my mom, whom of which is not very easy to convince of anything, to make me an authorized user. While transferring my information from my old phone to the new one, we ran into some difficulties. But nothing is too much for Brandon, he figured it out without even having to call a manger for help. He left me with a bunch of tips to upkeep my phone and even showed how to use my new phone. #BrandonWithT-Mobile #PromoteBrandon

Prior to entering the store to make a purchase today, I witnessed what I can only assume to be a manager yell at an employee in the middle of the storefront and it looked like the girl who was yelled at seemed scared and extremely uncomfortable. The employee seemed shaken up by what was said to her and I can’t blame her for it. I don’t know about you, but I thought you were supposed to treat your employees like adults, not like children. It makes me wonder how that man treats customers. ?

The store tried to make us pay off the newer galaxy fold phone and wanted us to give it to them after paying it off to trade it in Plus, 90$ . But online, it paid off the galaxy phone and charged 60$. The salesman either tried to get over on us or different sales that were unreasonable.
