Easy move-in! Handeled most everything over the phone. Went to the storage building and the young man who handeled my paperwork was very prepared for my arrival. Very clean, easy access, and great workers.

First my storage was broken into the second month, they stole my recently deceased mother’s stuff. You have to jump through hoops getting it covered with their insurance. After that happened rent went up. Two months ago rent went up again. Mine went from $50 to $90 a month for a 10x10. Not cool. Go somewhere else

Don't buy the storage unit online they will give you a access code that don't work and you won't be able to access your unit until you can contact someone in the office. I also contacted head office over this issue and they gave me a temporary gate code that also did not work so I purchased a storage unit that I am not able to access. Go somewhere else once this place has your money good luck getting any help
