Don't buy the storage unit online they will give you a access code that don't work and you won't be able to access your unit until you can contact someone in the office. I also contacted head office over this issue and they gave me a temporary gate code that also did not work so I purchased a storage unit that I am not able to access. Go somewhere else once this place has your money good luck getting any help

Very friendly very easy to get to your storage and very reasonably. The gentleman that helped me was very nice. Facilities are very clean

Storage Rentals of America bought out Stay-Lock-Storage and has raised the monthly storage price every year sometimes twice a year , no upgrades , most of the time facility is not attended , electronic gate is broken most of the time , This place is just here to take peoples money , would not recommend this place to anyone ..

I absolutely have loved the experience of renting with SROA on Jackson St in Muncie, IN. Thank you so very much to Candace in particular for her courtesy and service with a smile and prompt attention to email communication. It’s been easy to pay my bill the past 2 months, and a lifesaver on the first 3 months discount on their highly secure storage sheds. I’m very pleased to recommend them. Thank You ?

Can’t reach the company to pay my bill. Website does mot recognize me. No one answers their phone number. Guess I will just go move everything out. New owners apparently means abandonment instead of smooth transitions.

I stopped in and asked if they rented appliance dollys. And the manager I think her name was Candace. Said they didn’t. However, she did point me in the right direction. I did end up asking about a small 5x10 unit. She told me the price and even showed me when I asked her. She smiled and was very helpful. I asked a bunch of questions and she was very pleasant. I will be back next week to get a unit. I appreciate her taking the time to show me. Even on Christmas Eve. All customer service should come with a smile and someone taking the time to care.

Recently participated in your Auctions. I just want to say the process was easy and the gal Candace that worked in the office was extremely friendly and even helped us move a few boxes. Great customer service. I will be buying more.

I’m in the process of relocating and I know I’ll be needing a storage unit soon. I stopped to check out this location and Candace was very helpful. The climate controlled are a plus along with parking for my camper and boat. I’ll definitely be renting a unit as soon as I get my stuff from the shippers. Thanks for all you help Candace.

Pulled up to the property Candace was walking the grounds picking up the trash. Greeted me from where she was came over introduced herself and we walked in and asked us what we needed and how could she help. Very friendly walked climate control area and she showed us the size of our unit we needed along with another option. Appreciate customer service like this.

Candace is very knowledgeable and professional. The location is nicely located right off the high way. The property was nicely maintained. Seems to be secure and safe. Prices seem to be competitive. Would not hesitate to rent from this location.

Bad experience. Paid for and signed e-lease online on a Saturday morning and got stuck with my stuff in my truck until they opened Tuesday (closed Columbus day) because they never sent me a gate code. Then when I do get in, there's a lock on my assigned storage unit, and someone else's stuff inside.

Wouldn't give it any stars if it was any option, I was confident in the beginning using this facility because I had used it in the past, but just recently I was affected by the pandemic, covid, hospitalized, loss of pay, lost of my mother,, so yes I fell behind on some things all to pay 327.00$ to find my storage had broken into to my knowledge nothing was done about it all the money I paid to get my storage up to date was all for nothing when alot of my items was taken and topper for me was they would never reset my gate code to gain entry never again.
