This place is awesome! Feel very safe to keep our stuff in it! Never had any issues with mice or anything! Very well kept up facility! Friendly and very helpful office staff!

I’ve have some issues with this storage company. Starting with them not honoring what I originally booked for. I originally booked this specific company, because they were offering a two months free. Since I moved here to go to Ball State I thought this one would be perfect. When I arrived they told me they were running another deal which wasn’t as good as the one I booked for. Then, my lock was broken and I was never notified. They replaced my lock with one of theirs and I couldn’t reach the property manager over the phone or in person for about 3 weeks. Not once was anything offered to me for the time I was paying and couldn’t access my unit. Just kind of disappointed in my experience and how they treat college students.

This was my first time renting a storage unit and the staff here made it an incredibly easy and stress-free experience! The manager, Teddie, was so so kind and was able to answer all of my questions and even provided me with a closer unit, lock, and moving boxes. Even though I only need a unit for a couple months, I will definitely be renting from this location again for my next move.

Very easy reservation process on website. Follow up communication was excellent. On site manager was very polite and professional. Facility is very well kept as well.

Teddy was amazing. I was in a rush to get moved and she was there 10 minutes early to open up and get me access to my storage unit. I wouldn’t store anywhere else.
