When I first signed up for my unit, there were admittedly some issues. However, the team really tried to make everything better. They transferred me to a different unit and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I do appreciate that they took those steps to make the situation better! The staff is friendly and helpful, and I'm happy I decided to stay with them!

Places horrible their main gate every time I go there to pick up my camper is wide open. All you hear is excuses. What are you paying for places

The guy that rented me the unit was friendly and that's the only reason I gave any stars at all. To him I say thanks..
Zero transparency with this business, I know they have solid reviews but I'm old fashioned I guess as I like to know beforehand that there is a nonrefundable administration fee of $29.
There's also no mention of a 3 month requirement to get the special listed on their website which states that the special is for 3 months but not that you have to rent for 3 months and prepay it to get the special..
Lastly, the gate was open when I went there right after renting, and is still open 36 hours later... so much for secure storage...

The management of this place she was awesome I rented one unit but I needed a bigger one and she was able to do it for me with no problem they have been so great so nice. I'm actually going to probably have to get another unit but not as big and yes I will go back to them very friendly
