Trevor the manager in the Muncie IN location was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. He went out of his way to make sure I understood how to properly secure my unit, and assisted immediately when weather took down the internet connection to the gate. Also, the unit is clean and dry…can’t ask for more than that!

My husband and I rented a unit within the 1st couple of days I noticed a smell.. I went to talk to Trevor about the situation and before I finished telling him the situation he had a solution. That made me happy he listened to us and took action to find a Resolution . And look so clean!
