The subway here is truly impressive, possibly the best I've experienced. While the staff might not come across as the friendliest, they are remarkably efficient and attentive. They handle orders swiftly and accurately, consistently having my online orders prepared well ahead of schedule. In-person visits are met with the same promptness.Typically, I reserve a 4 out of 5 rating for chain/franchise restaurants unless they offer unique qualities. However, given the exceptional speed of service during my visits, the cleanliness of the establishment, and the overall welcoming atmosphere, this location undoubtedly secures the top spot in my books among Subway outlets.Familiar to many, Subway needs little introduction. This establishment stands out for its excellent location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, making it an ideal choice for families as well.

Got there and asked if they were breaking stuff down already (if they said yes I would of left because I’ve been there before)The person got out a broken piece of flat bread, piled the items in the center, spilled everything out of it the counter twice, then drowned it in sauce and then mashed it all together to wrap it.Then just kind of tossed it on the counter when they were done and walked away.This is like the 4th bad experience with them.Recommend anything else.

The place seems to quickly gone to hell. Put in a mobile order and 20+ minutes later they hadn't even started on it yet. And took 15 minutes AFTER when it was promised. With a generous tip that I sure wish I could take back. They were out of all kinds of stuff. Didn't apologize being late. Obviously was a change in management here - and not for the better. Yeah. I'm done here.

bread seemed a bit stale , but other than that it's typical solid Subway. really appreciate that they stopped using plastic bags and are now using paper. way2go

Went here with my whole family: grandparents, 2 uncles, wifey and the three boys. Because of our multiple health ailments we wanted something healthy.Monty guided us through all the options and let us in on a little secret. There's a secret menu that has been a staple of Muncie Subways for years. He recommended the "Muncie Salad". That first bite was reminiscent of my first kiss at the state fair. The lettuce, tomatoes, croutons and Muncie Goddess dressing complimented each other like the Jackson 5. An old Muncie saying was "When in Muncie you gotta grab the meat by its fat" but after this meal I say "When in Muncie you gotta grab the salad and let ole Monty toss it for ya."

Location open for another hour and half. 2 out of the 3 ingredients I asked for they said they were "out of." So basically they didn't want to prepare toppings that they could also use tomorrow. I get that it's a sandwich shop, but a little professionalism and doing your job I don't feel like is too much to ask.

I’m so disgusted with the way the employees treated me. There were two guys that waited on me and they were very rude! They both didn’t have hardly anything to say and acted like they didn’t want to wait on me. Then when I went to leave, I heard them making mean remarks about me and laughing. This is the one on White River Blvd. Don’t go there. ?
