I love target but it doesn’t make sense to me that they can accept used makeup items for returns but cannot accept one of their brands items that ripped due to low quality because returns have to be “new or unused” guest services were just rude when telling me as well

Locking the front door during business hours is a duck move. Don't say 10pm if you're going to lock the door at 955. Say what do and do what you say.

Shame on you target for taking away DEI within your company and stores!!!! It's disgusting! For a long time shopper who has a disability, I will no longer shop with target :( What a way to go to the dark side!!! Very disappointing. Hope you with find your spirit again!

Kenzie was very rude and disrespectful. there were multiple items on clearance and she wasn’t willing to go back there and look. i then showed her pictures of the prices and she said it was for the wrong item but there was a bunch of them by that price so as Target being an honor store, you would think she would honor that price. she goes to say very rudely, ”well at this target we do not do that” i then asked for a team lead, she says, “there aren’t any team leads who work during the week” which i know is a lie due to me coming here last week and speaking to a team lead directly about my store i work at! She’s very unprofessional, is NOT a people person, and needs to learn to speak to people. I will be calling corporate.

Love Target merchandise. Enjoy looking for new items. It’s clean, friendly employees and usually quick check out. Pharmacy is awesome. They work very hard and well.

Products are great. Y'all need to pay your workers more or something because they all have attitudes and clearly do not care ? or maybe y'all pay them too much because every single one of them has an attitude/ego problem

Customer service was rude. I was explaining that a charge was on my card and they would talk over me and get snippy with me. They need to work on how to deal with customers, and how to be kind.

There's a few ladies at the customer service desk that are absolutely horrific with customers. Other than that the store is clean and cashier's are friendly.

Everything was great but I’d like to know if Second Harvest is sponsored by you because they need a lot of help in their job to support Muncie. I think Fire Dawgs could help but they do cleanup and there are a few areas that need some help by Muncie Target behind TMobile where businesses have abandoned their shop. But the reason I ask is because I don’t want solicitation from either company or nonprofits right now. How do I keep my bills down and commit to free speech? I just shop consignment!
