First, let me say that I've been a member of Thrive since 2015 !! I absolutely love my bank!!! Another thing I love is that they call me every year on my birthday and make me feel special and appreciated!! My favorite tellers Shanell and Makenna always greet me by name and with a huge smile!!! They also support a ton of local businesses including Hilcroft Services !!! Shoot down to the Wheeling Branch and open up and account! You won't regret it !!

Open at 10?? If you want old and local this is it. Stuck in the past for sure. No Zelle, the lady said it was to expensive. The ATM from the 90's! Nice story but people start work way before that, wrong priorities you have!!

Good service an values, but paychecks take longer to process into account. Particular purchases even on business days don't fully process in account til days later but still will process. Which defeats the main purpose of online banking, so keeping tabs on a account accurate balance you just have to write it done?♀️
