I love that their ATM will give you not only $20's but $10's as well! It makes it so much easier getting a withdraw of exactly the amount I need when I need it!

This bank has been a mistake from the start. One of the tellers at this branch is consistently rude and so are some of their other employees on the phone. They take money from your account without permission and are unprofessional and go as far as texting their clients to handle their business . I thoroughly regret using them to do anything. I literally only got a loan here because it was the recommendation from the place we bought our furnace. And because we don't have an account through them otherwise, making payments is hard to do online. I have to write a check to myself to deposit it, and wait days for them to approve the deposit before I can move it over to pay it. You can call, but I work nights so I'm asleep while they are open. It is the most unprofessional and rudest banks I've ever had to deal with. I should have stuck with Chase. Avoid Thrive at all costs.
