“This was the only head shop in Muncie I went to until exactly one year ago when your helpful clerk handed me a dab rig I never even asked to see and I accidentally broke the banger for it.
Your clerk knew me. He knew by name I was in there so much. Basically every week. He knew I spent a lot of money there.
Rules are rules though. So I happily paid the $15 for the banger. I didn't have a choice though as you clerk told me I would have to pay for it even though he knew I spent loads of money there. So I decided that banger would be the last thing i bought from your store.
I was doing some math and I discovered in the last 12 months I've spent nearly $5,000 at your local Muncie competitors because of a $15 banger.
I just thought I'd let you know how much that silly little banger has costed your business. ?”
