Always great service and work done professionally. Had two tail pipes and chrome tips and hangers replaced. And sensors on my 12 Dodge Ram and 02 sensor on the wife's Jeep Wrangler replaced.....reasonable price and Always easy to work with. Thanks Scott and crew

Today I visited Tom Cherry for a new muffler. They were so kind and willing to help me in any way possible. They treated me like I was their only customer. Completely satisfied with the service from Tom Cherry Muffler! Brought my truck in for an exhaust leak. Thought I was going to be without my vehicle for a day, possibly 3, with them being busy. Was given the estimate. Just a few hours later I was called and told I could come pick it up. The work was done. Thanks again!

Tom Cherry Muffler did an AMAZING & EXCELLENT job on my vehicle once again and it rides WAY better than it did before!!!! I seriously and highly recommend if you want or need ANY automotive work or vehicle maintenance done that you go see them and if they happen to be busy then I suggest that you wait on them because quality takes time and quality is what they deliver!!!!!! My son came in to get his motor replaced. They kept the car for almost a month and now the car still does not run. Brought the car back in and they want to charge another almost $600 for a negative battery cable and a bad shifter. Oh and $120 for a 3 mile tow. This is ridiculous. They refuse to admit any fault and continue to tell me that they have nothing to do with the car not running. $125 in parts and almost $400 for labor. Then the desk lady wanted to come out and tell me that I have no right or reason to leave a bad review. That was HIGHLY unprofessional. I wouldn't take my bicycle to this shop. Wouldn't have brought the car here to begin with if we didn't believe that this was the only shop we could use with our warranty. Also, the motor needed replaced due to overheating because of the clogged catalytic converter. They did NOT replace the catalytic converter.
