Scheduled an "appointment" for a trailer hitch installation. Received a call back citing a date and time. I advised due to work I would need to drop the car off and did the night before. Deposited key in the keybox. Received a call from their employee this morning. She was very rude and upset stating that I had dropped the car off without filling out forms and that despite an email and telephone conversation stating the exact date and time, this wasn't my appointment. That statement doesn't make sense. Rather than calmly explain the situation (they could have had the car as long as they needed), she felt the need to blast me at 07:30 this morning. I advised her I would come get the car immediately and did so. No apology for any of this. Absolutely pathetic how this was handled from start to finish. Avoid this location at all costs unless you like to get a written email showing a date and time, a telephone call to confirm, followed by "you aren't on my schedule today" and a really rude talking down to. I don't care about the attitude as much as I find it a pathetic way to treat a customer that did what they told me to do. And, I believe she is the general manager of this location, so it's rotten from the top down.

Worked with location moving my daughter to Muncie and they were great. Storage units were clean and the staff there were helpful.

Poorly ran, Had 5 car haulers sitting in the lot and told me they were all booked up...made me drive to a place 15 minutes away for a reservation to find them closed...waited...then had to.drive back to this store and wait another hour for them trying to process the reservation. There computer systems hold them back. Wasted so much time and gas. Made me hours late. Next time I will just buy a car hauler instead of dealing with this crap.

I believe the gentlemen who waited on me was Devin. He went above & beyond in every way. After a solid week of moving, 4 days in extreme 100° heat, I was mentally & physically exhausted, severely stressed, and he did everything he could to accommodate us and make it easier to get to my climate-controlled storage (he gave me the closest unit possible) and he arranged for me to return my truck here instead of a location 40 minutes away. U-Haul is who you want to go with whether moving locally or one-way. Most other companies charge you a $500+ drop fee for not returning your truck or trailer to same location. U-Haul does not. For a 26' truck, 18 moving pads, and an appliance hand truck (dolly), I paid $342.80. I will ALWAYS use U-Haul for all of my DIY moves. Thanks U-Haul and thanks to Devin, Geneva, Shelby, and the others who assisted my family.

Pickup and return were fast and easy. Quantity of 10 foot u-hauls available were lacking. Overall experience was excellent.

The staff was kind and helpful, but I was given a truck that was almost out of gas, so I needed to go to the gas station. . The passenger side mirror was broken, and a temporary mirror was taped in its place, and it was impossible to adjust the mirror in any way to make it safe or useful. The brakes on the vehicle were slipping and making horrible noises whenever I tried to stop. The truck really didn't want to stop, and it was always a gamble. . I am glad I was only driving a few blocks. It was a terrible, broken truck. I informed the staff They were aware of the mirror but did not know about the truck. I have driven large trucks in the past without issue, but this was actually frightening. Not a good experience.

Keep the staff you currently have and give them a raise. Take great care of them. They are truly amazing people. The kindness and care that they show is unfortunately, very rare these days. I have rented with Uhaul at different locations in the US and experienced horrible service. This location has always been the best. Be incredibly kind to the employees at this location and take great care of them!
